In the men’s event, Iurii Utkin and guide Ruslan Perekhoda shot clean to win with a time of 53:46.0. 

He finished in front of team-mate Iaroslav Reshetynskiy and guide Artur Gergardt, in 54:51.70.

Belarus’ Vasili Shaptsiaboi and guide Mikhail Lebedzeu took bronze in 55:09.10.

He won today in 52:22.80 to beat American duo Aaron Pike, 54:32.80, and Daniel Cnossen, in 54:46.30.

United States' Oksana Masters also continued her good form by winning the women's sitting race in 51:55.80.

Germany’s world champion Anja Wicker took second place in 53:00.30 while team-mate Andrea Eskau took bronze in 52:19.10.

Competition is scheduled to end tomorrow with cross-country middle distance races.
