Turkey completed their unbeaten streak in round-robin action at the International Wheelchair Basketball Federation (IWBF) World Under-23 Championships in Toronto.

The European side, who hosted the last event in 2013, won their final match 60-53 against Australia at the Mattamy Athletic Centre. 

It followed previous victories against Brazil, Iran, Italy and Canada in Group A.

They will meet European rivals France in the quarter-finals tomorrow.

Australia will face defending champions Germany for a place in the semi-finals after they beat Japan 72-58.

Hosts Canada won their final Pool A encounter 62-37 versus Brazil and will now play Japan.

Great Britain topped Pool B after three teams finished tied on points.

They beat France 60-41 in their last match.

Iran now lie in wait in the quarter-finals.

All four quarter-finals will take place tomorrow.

Competition is due to continue until Friday (June 16).
