Taekwondo Grandmaster Seo Yoon-Nam visited the World Taekwondo Europe (WTE) headquarters in Rotterdam to teach life lessons.

Seo also met with WTE President Sakis Pragalos during his visit to the headquarters in the Dutch city.

The two figureheads of the sport have a relationship which dates back to 1976 when Pragalos was being examined for his black belt.

Grandmaster Seo was one of the few examiners at that time, along with Pragalos' master Cho Bok-Nam.

It is claimed that thousands of students benefit from Seo's profound knowledge of adapting to the forces of nature and the unity of the body.

His recent book, "Master Seo and the mystery of the moment - Holistic body and meditation training", apparently explains his secret to staying healthy and happy by helping improve muscle and organ functions.

Despite his years, Grandmaster Seo, who is in his 80s, embraces technology by using up-to-date media channels such as YouTube, where people can watch his training methods.

Grandmaster Seo is one of the most recognisable personalities in the history of taekwondo and reminds players of the deep roots of the sport.
